Shipping Policy

For all deliveries:

Elements-shop.co sales and delivers only to the following countries: UAE.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in the UAE.
Delivery charges will be indicated during your checkout process, in Dirhams (UAE).
Elements-shop.co will ship your order within 24 hours of the order confirmation, provided that contact and address details have been provided accurately. Any orders made online on a Friday or public holiday will be processed on Saturday or next working day and then normal delivery time will follow.
In UAE, the orders placed before 16:00h (UAE time) will arrive by the next labour day between 9h to 21h.
You can arrange "Same day delivery service" in UAE: Same day delivery for orders placed before 12.00h (GMT+4), to be delivered between 15h to 21h at a fee of AED 25. This service is only available in UAE and will be delivered the next working day when placed on Friday or during public holidays.
EID festivities and long public holidays might result in delivery delays of additional 72h till the next labour day
Elements-shop.co will send you an email as soon as your item has been shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your order through our shipper’s portal.
You will receive your items in the original item box.
We use Shorages for all our UAE deliveries.
Please, keep with you the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
